All Fleet Service & Repairs, a proudly locally owned business in Rocklea, Brisbane, has been delivering top-quality service since 1991. With a strong, long-standing customer base, we specialise in servicing, repairs, and refurbishments for a wide range of vehicles—primarily heavy and light trucks, as well as heavy trailers for fleet owners of all sizes. Due to the growing demand for our expertise, we are looking to recruit a Parts Assistant to assist the Operational flow of the workshop.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for picking up parts from various local suppliers using the company owned parts car or light truck. This is a vital role in the workshop in terms of workflow. When you are not out and about, you will work to in ensure there is a good flow in the Workshop in regards to organisation and cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pick up parts in auto parts car & manual parts truck
  • Represent our company with good presentation, professionalism and effective communication with our suppliers.
  • Stock management; check levels for oil & gas, put in orders.
  • Keep company vehicles in good order; clean, tidy, check levels etc
  • Assist with ordering parts when required
  • Assist with keeping Workshop & Yard clean & organised when required

.What You Need

  • A manual car license
  • Good energy; this is a busy role but very rewarding so the days go quickly
  • Ability to be flexible, multitask & problem solve
  • Trustworthy, sensible and reliable
  • A helpful disposition

What We Offer

  • Full time hours 7am to 3pm with any overtime at penalty rates
  • Competitive renumeration dependant on experience

Due to the growing demand for our expertise, we are looking for a skilled Auto Electrician to join our team of Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Fabricators, Apprentices & Support Staff.
 
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for repairing heavy trucks and trailers, with some work on light vehicles, equipment, and machinery. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of vehicle and machinery types. This is a unique opportunity, as you will be the sole Auto Electrician on our team, giving you the chance to take ownership of this department and contribute to its future growth.
 
Job Responsibilities
 
Using test equipment to locate electrical and electronic malfunctions
Dismantling and removing electrical and electronic assemblies and components
Working on alternators, generators, voltage regulators, starter motors, ignition switches, electrical wiring and various other mechanical and electrical parts to ensure the safe operation of customer vehicles
Complete work in a safe and efficient manner
Accurate completion of all paperwork associated with repairs
 
What You Need
 
Relevant Australian trade qualification
Air conditioning licence is preferred
Strong ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
A structured and methodical approach to job responsibilities
A mature, professional attitude
Positive & proactive addition to our team
